If the company rejects that request, or does not answer it within 30 days of it being sent, the consumer has the right to submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on alternative resolution of consumer disputes.

The full list of authorised entities is kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, and the consumer may choose any entity on it.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, and the Regulation that established it was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. No link to that platform is therefore given.
