The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own. It stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics, no advertising technology and no tracking or profiling scripts of any kind, and it embeds no content from other websites. There is nothing here for you to consent to, and so nothing to ask you about.
What this website stores
The site is a set of static pages. Its only scripts are small ones served from this same domain, which reveal content as you scroll and open the mobile menu. They read and write nothing: no cookies, no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB entries, no browser fingerprinting. Typefaces and images are served from this domain as well, so loading a page contacts no other server.
Strictly necessary security cookies
The hosting provider's network protection layer may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell automated traffic from human visitors, and to keep the site available during an attack. Such a cookie carries no advertising or analytics identifier and is not used to build a profile of you.
A cookie of this kind is exempt from the consent requirement under Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll., because it is strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested. The processing of the underlying request data is described in the privacy notice.
Why there is no consent banner
Consent is required before anything that is not strictly necessary is stored on, or read from, your device. This website stores nothing of that kind, so a banner would ask you to agree to something that does not happen. Showing one anyway would be misleading, and it would put a dialogue between you and the page for no reason. That is why you are not asked.
Third-party content
Nothing on these pages is loaded from another company's servers. The map link in the footer and in the contact section opens Google Maps in a new tab. That only happens if you choose to follow the link, and from that point you are on Google's website, under Google's own terms and cookie practices rather than this notice.
Controlling cookies yourself
Because this website sets no cookies of its own, there is no setting here to change. Every current browser lets you view, block and delete cookies for any site, usually under privacy or site settings. Blocking cookies entirely will not stop this website working.
If this ever changes
If analytics, embedded media or any other non-essential technology is ever added, this notice will be updated and a compliant prior-consent mechanism will be in place before that technology is switched on. Until then, the statement at the top of this page is the whole position.
